Is he lost? NFL star Marshawn Lynch takes a trip to Houston, SCOTLAND, in hilarious Skittles ad for Texas Super Bowl, after nearly being wiped out by a bus during filming for the commercial

- The former running back flew to Houston, Scotland to promote the big game and Skittles candy

- Marshawn also went into a kilt shop, checked out a castle, and rode a bike around town
Former NFL star Marshawn Lynch is drumming up excitement for this year's Super Bowl in a very unexpected place: a village in Scotland.
In honor of this year's match-up between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons in Houston, Texas, the former running back traveled to a different Houston — the one in the Scottish Lowlands — to spread the news.
A series of hilarious exchanges with locals were caught on camera for a new Skittles commercial, which shows the 5' 11", 215 lb. star riding around town on a bike with a basket full of candy.

Far away: The former running back traveled to Houston, Scotland and hung out with the locals for a new commercial
In parts, he plays the bagpipes — or pretends to — while dancing to bagpipe music
Gift giver: He also rides a bike around town and passes out bags of Skittles
Marshawn seems surprised to find a young woman who knows all about the popular American sport while cruising around town in his bike.
'I thought I would come out to Scotland Houston to find out if y'all knew about the Super Bowl goin' on in Houston, Texas, and it sounds like you really f***in' excited about it!' he says to her.
When he tells another woman that he didn't think people there would know about the game, she says to him: 'Are you kidding? People stay up to ridiculous o'clock in the morning.'
He lets everyone know about the Super Bowl and generously hands them packs of candy.
Same name: He traveled to Houston because the Super Bowl is being held in Houston, Texas
Sweet wheels! He rode a really cool bike with a Skittles patch around in front of the cameras
Crossing the Atlantic: He was surprised when several people there knew about the Super Bowl and said it was a big deal
What an old building: He also seemed quite impressed with a local castle
'You know it's in Houston?' he asks one man. 'Not this Houston, but the other Houston. I heard this Houston was the first Houston though. A little interesting fact that I heard.'
Marshawn later rides his bike to Houston Kiltmakers, where he asks the shopkeeper why he's 'got on that thing'.
'I don't know about that... so, where I'm from, we don't wear those,' he tells him, later adding: 'I do a little bit of fashion.'
He also spies a centuries-old castle, which he stares at in awe.
'I ain't see no castle before,' he tells another man, then expresses shock when he learns that the one he is looking at was built around 1160.
To finish off the clip, he even gives the bagpipes a try, holding the instrument on his shoulder while doing a dance that looks like the stanky leg to the other musician's bagpipe music.
Fashion fan: At one point, he wanders into a kilt shop to look around
Narrow miss: During filming for the commercial, Marshawn was seen narrowly avoiding a head-on collision with a bus
He explains to the shopkeeper that Americans don't dress like that
A little souvenier: However, he does seem interested in buying one
Cool ad: The hilarious commercial came out this week ahead of the Super Bowl
But behind the scenes of the commercial, it wasn't all fun and games for the former sporting star, who narrowly avoided a head-on collision with a bus while riding around the Scottish town on his bike.
In a video of the incident, Lynch can be seen performing a wheelie down the High Street in Paisley before swerving out of the way of an oncoming bus.
Robert Hampson, 37, from Paisley, filmed the star after spotting him in a vehicle outside the shop.
He said: 'I was just walking down the High Street when I spotted this big people carrier outside a shop.
'I wanted to hang around and see who it was, and I couldn't believe it when I saw that it was Marshawn Lynch.
'He must have been filming something with the kilt shop, but he was riding about on the BMX outside and then I filmed him doing the wheelie.'
