Dannielynn Birkhead was just five months old when her mother Anna Nicole Smith died from a prescription drugs overdose. Now she lives with her father Larry Birkhead in Kentucky. Birkhead reveals in a new TV interview this week that he had to tell his 10-year-old daughter that she wasn't one of the ten richest children in America after spotting a video on YouTube. President Donald asked the nation to pray for his 'Apprentice' replacement, Arnold Schwarzenegger, at a religious gathering on Thursday morning in Washington. He skewered the movie star for running his television show into the ground this season, claiming, 'It's been a total disaster.' 'And I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings, okay?' Trump left the NBC program that's produced by Mark Burnett to run for president.

The U.S. military said on Wednesday it was looking into whether more civilians were killed in a raid on al Qaeda in Yemen on the weekend, in the first operation authorized by President Donald Trump as commander in chief. The raid, which claimed the lives of U.S. Navy SEAL William 'Ryan' Owens and the 8-year-old daughter of militant Anwar al-Awlakiwas, was said to be ordered without sufficient intelligence, ground support or adequate backup preparations. Trump traveled to Dover Air Base on Wednesday to meet Owens' family.

NEW Neil Gorsuch, who is the president's Supreme Court pick, set up a paper when he was a Columbia University student. In it he bashed liberals and the left as 'whining children', DailyMail.com reveals. Gorusch, now 49, set up The Federalist Paper with two other students - and robust headlines followed. He graduated in political science and went to Harvard Law School, Copies of the paper seen by DailyMail,com show how it published articles in line with the conservative beliefs Gorsuch holds. Gorsuch himself wrote a series of articles.about topics including gays in the military. And one editorial mocked Joe Biden and suggested he was an intellectual lightweight - because of his role in a contentious Supreme Court nomination.

 An explosive report claims new US President Donald Trump fumed at Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull about a deal for America to take asylum seekers from Australian detention facilities during the leaders' first official phone call on Saturday, then cut the call short by half its allotted time. The report is a huge embarrassment for Turnbull, who has insisted in recent days the asylum seeker deal is solid and relations with Washington are fine. The president (pictured left) is said to have given Turnbull (inset) a major dressing-down during a pre-arranged call that was one of several the US leader made to international leaders on Sunday, including Russian President Vladimir Putin. 'This was the worst call by far,' Trump reportedly told Turnbull. There are approximately 1,250 refugees being held in Australian-funded offshore detention sites. The Obama administration and Turnbull government struck a deal to resettle some of those being held in Nauru and Manus Island in November last year. President Trump is said to have told Turnbull it was the 'worst deal ever'.

The seniors at Cypress Ranch High School in Houston were posing for the photograph on Tuesday when 'dozens' of white students launched into the offensive pose. A fellow student who wasn't involved took photographs of their outburst and shared them online and with local media. They claimed it was in response to other students who gave 'black power' fists while posing for a 'silly' photograph. The school is investigating the images and said anyone found to be in breach of the code of conduct would be punished.

The woman clutched her head in her hands after being lashed with a cane after being found guilty of having sex outside of wedlock, which is against Sharia law in Aceh, Indonesia. Pictures show how the woman was forced to kneel on the ground on the public stage in front of a mosque in Indonesia's Aceh province. Looking fearful, the man who hands out the punishment uses a cane to crack her across the back 26 times for violating the law as a crowd of people look on.

In the midst of another graphic video of a brutal fight between teens at a Mississippi high school going viral, one teacher and a former student from the school have revealed how the bureaucracy apparently helps the regular mass brawls continue. New policies at Terry High School in Hinds County 'deter teachers' at the school from punishing children who are involved in violent fights, one teacher, who did not want to be publicly identified, told WLBT. The educator's comments come after the school was the scene of another vicious brawl on Monday that was caught on camera (pictured). Officials say the most recent fight at the high school was a continuance of a brawl that happened on Friday during a basketball game.

Calah Waskow (left), 15, of Georgia, described for Dr Phil how she and Jason Johnson (right), 37, were lying naked on his couch when the man's daughter, her friend, caught them in the act, then went upstairs. Waskow went missing from her home in Evans, Georgia, on December 4, setting of an Amber Alert. She was found a week later in a candy store in Sevierville, Tennessee, 200 miles away from home, along with Johnson, who was already wanted on unrelated child molestation charges.

The drug-crazed man, identified as Zhenya, broke into a house in Omsk where he found a teenager and her grandmother and started demanding narcotics from them. When it became clear they didn't have any, he made the family call the police so that he could get his fix in exchange for the girl's freedom. The dramatic video shows a SWAT team pacing in to free the girl and arrest the man.

A middle school teacher is fighting to keep her job after it was revealed she was an adult film actress in at least 16 productions. Resa Woodward taught sixth grade science at the Young Women's Science Technology Engineering and Math Academy at Balch Springs Middle School in Dallas, Texas, and was placed on administrative leave in late November. Woodward said she was forced into pornography more than a decade ago, and has since received a master's degree and pay increases for her work as a teacher.

Dramatic video clips that show the lead up to the Marine A shooting incident during the Afghanistan War have been released by the Ministry of Defence following a legal challenge. The footage (top and bottom right) – never seen before – shows the events in the minutes leading up to the incident in which a Taliban fighter was shot dead. Sgt Blackman (left) would later be convicted of murdering the insurgent, who was found wounded after he attacked a British position, and given a 10 year jail sentence, later reduced to eight.

Crown Prince Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan will be celebrating his first birthday on February 5. In honor of the occasion the palace released a stunning portrait of the baby son of King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema. The little Crown Prince celebrates his birthday the same month as his dad, who will be turning 37 on February 21.

Workers at AirCorps Aviation in Minnesota recently discovered two names scrawled inside a World War II-era plane they are restoring. They are now publicizing the find in hopes of tracking down the 'Eva & Edith' who worked on the plane. At first, they thought the two women may have been workers at the Evansville, Indiana plant where the plane was constructed. But now it's believed that they worked at a different plant that made the wings. It's not currently known which plant that was.

Robby Velline and Jenny Whittet Velline, children of the late pop singer Bobby Vee, claim their two brothers, Tommy and Jeff Velline, are misusing money from their father's estate for their personal benefit and to support the recording studio that was established by Vee and his wife Karen that they now run called Rockhouse Productions. Robby and Jennifer have filed a petition in the Stearns County District Court to have Tommy and Jeff removed as trustees for using money from the estate for their personal benefit and to support. The brothers have filed a counter petition that says their actions had the approval of their parents Rockhouse Productions.

The scenes were filmed in as part of the BBC One series 'Spy In The Wild', which features eerily realistic robots disguised as a series of different animals. It will be shown in the UK tonight at 8pm. As well as the diving monkeys, tonight's episode will feature a range of other mischievous creatures, including a tropic bird which is attacked by aggressive frigate birds as they attempt to steal his fish.

Abby Pollak, 23, struggled with an eating disorder in her late teens and would often eat fewer than 1,000 calories a day. She was 20lbs. underweight and had a thin, boyish figure. After enlisting the help of a nutritionist and personal trainer, she gained weight and lots of muscles. She now eats 1,700 calories a day and has seen her butt grow naturally.

But her husband, Mr Nomore, was left baffled when the 36-year-old gave birth to 'something strange' which resembled an amphibious creature (right). An adorable toddler's penchant for Chateauneuf-du-Pape was shared on Facebook by her father, after Rafael Aybar from the Dominican Republic captured the hilarious meal time footage. The clip starts with the young girl shunning her bottle of milk and turning away in disgust when offered a plate of pasta. But when she is finally handed a glass of red wine her face changes completely, lighting up with joy. So far the video has garnered 4.3 million views and has been shared nearly 150,000 times. Although the clip ends before she takes a sip her doting dad jokingly captioned the video on Facebook with 'my alcoholic baby' in Spanish.

Fabio Di Lello handed himself in to police after gunning down Italo D'Elisa (right), who faced manslaughter charges for mowing down Roberta Smargiassi (pictured left with her husband), 33, last year. The semi-professional footballer had changed his Facebook to a picture of Maximus Decimus Meridius from the 2000 film, (inset) in which Crowe famously delivers the line: 'Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.' Di Lello is said to have shot D'Elisa dead outside a cafe in Vasto, Abruzzo, because he feared the Italian courts would not bring his wife's killer to justice before walking to her grave to place the gun upon it.

A mother heroically saved her newborn baby from a raging fire (top right) by strapping the baby in a car seat and dropping her out of a second-floor window before she herself died from smoke inhalation. Shelby Carter, 21, (left, with her baby) managed to save her daughter Keana Davis, who was born just 12 days before their home in Wyoming, Illinois, erupted in flames on Monday morning. Carter died in the second floor bedroom, and Fire Chief Ed Foglesonger said:  'It’s just too bad she couldn’t save herself, but I’d say it’s nothing short of a miracle the way it ended up.' The leopard dragged the doomed impala out of the water and started chowing down on the stricken creature, in a gruesome attack lasting just seconds in South Africa's Kruger National Park. It comes as the crafty leopard seem to have perfected a unique method for catching prey - surprising them while drinking water. The dramatic scene was caught on camera by Simon Vegter, a safari guide from Wild Wings Safaris during a trip to the park.

Hilarious footage shows a dog tip-toeing up behind a cat as it snoozes in a basket, before leaping on top of it and sending the terrified feline flying across the room. 'Something tells me this is now the puppy's favorite thing to do ever,' a viewer commented, with another agreeing: 'Yah, his whole body language said, "Damn, that worked better than I expected."' It's unclear where the video was filmed.

Amazing video footage shows brave slackliners taking part in in The Extreme Highline and walking with cable cars hundreds of metres above Moleson ski resort, Switzerland. In the clip, the daredevils can be sen making their way across the valley while a spectacular sunset spreads it's fiery colours across the sky. It doesn't all go smoothly however, and one slackliner can be seen falling off - although thankfully their safety equipment lets them hang below before they get back up again.
