The Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, also referred to as the Australian Government, the Commonwealth Government or the Federal Government, is the federal democratic administrative authority of Australia. The Commonwealth of Australia, a federal constitutional monarchy under a parliamentary democracy, was formed in 1901 as a result of an agreement among six self-governing British colonies, which became the six states. The terms of this contract are embodied in the Australian Constitution, which was drawn up at a Constitutional Convention and ratified by the people of the colonies at referendums. The structure of the Australian Government may be examined in light of two distinct concepts, namely federalism and the separation of powers into executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government. Separation of powers is implied from the structure of the Constitution which breaks down the branches of government into separate chapters. The Australian federal system is a unique mixture of the Westminster and US systems of federal representative democracy, with important elements of both present.
Trousers (pants in North America) are an item of clothing worn from the waist to the ankles, covering both legs separately (rather than with cloth extending across both legs as in robes, skirts, and dresses).
In the UK the word "pants" generally means underwear and not trousers.Shorts are similar to trousers, but with legs that come down only to around the area of the knee, higher or lower depending on the style of the garment. To distinguish them from shorts, trousers may be called "long trousers" in certain contexts such as school uniform, where tailored shorts may be called "short trousers", especially in the UK.
In most of the Western world, trousers have been worn since ancient times and throughout the Medieval period, becoming the most common form of lower-body clothing for adult males in the modern world, although shorts are also widely worn, and kilts and other garments may be worn in various regions and cultures. Breeches were worn instead of trousers in early modern Europe by some men in higher classes of society. Since the mid-20th century, trousers have increasingly been worn by women as well. Jeans, made of denim, are a form of trousers for casual wear, now widely worn all over the world by both sexes. Shorts are often preferred in hot weather or for some sports and also often by children and teenagers. Trousers are worn on the hips or waist and may be held up by their own fastenings, a belt or suspenders (braces). Leggings are form-fitting trousers, of a clingy material, often knitted cotton and spandex (elastane).

The Clinton Foundation (originally founded in 2001 as the William J. Clinton Foundation, and called during 2013–15 the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation) is a nonprofit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code. It was established by former President of the United States Bill Clinton with the stated mission to "strengthen the capacity of people throughout the world to meet the challenges of global interdependence." The Foundation focuses on improving global health and wellness, increasing opportunity for women and girls, reducing childhood obesity and preventable diseases, creating economic opportunity and growth, and helping communities address the effects of climate change. The Foundation works principally through partnerships with like-minded individuals, organizations, corporations, and governments, often serving as an incubator for new policies and programs. They have offices located in New York City and Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Clinton Foundation encompasses a number of different efforts and entities, including the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI, spun off into a separate but related organization in 2010), the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI, split off after 2009 but reintegrated after 2013), Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U), the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), the Clinton Development Initiative (CDI), the Clinton Economic Opportunity Initiative, the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, the Clinton Health Matters Initiative (CHMI), the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and the No Ceilings Project. However, there is criticism that the foundation becomes a tool of the permanent campaign for Clinton family's political activities.
A government is the system by which a state or community is controlled. In the Commonwealth of Nations, the word government is also used more narrowly to refer to the collective group of people that exercises executive authority in a state. This usage is analogous to what is called an "administration" in American English. Furthermore, especially in American English, the concepts of the state and the government may be used synonymously to refer to the person or group of people exercising authority over a politically organized territory. Finally, government is also sometimes used in English as a synonym for governance.
In the case of its broad associative definition, government normally consists of legislators, administrators, and arbitrators. Government is the means by which state policy is enforced, as well as the mechanism for determining the policy of the state. A form of government, or form of state governance, refers to the set of political systems and institutions that make up the organisation of a specific government.

Why have Australian governments tipped money into Hillary Clinton's Clinton Foundation? That it gave Julia Gillard a job and effectively a platform to now spruik Hillary Clinton for president shows just how this very dodgy Foundation works. The Australian taxpayer shovelled at least $88 million into the Clinton Foundation and associated entities from 2006 to 2014, reaching a peak of $10.3 million in 2012-13, Gillard’s last year in office. On the Clinton Foundation website, AusAID and the Commonwealth of Australia score separate entries in the $10 million-plus group of donors, one rung up from American teacher unions. In 2009-10 Kevin Rudd handed over another $10 million to the foundation for climate research, part of $300 million he squandered on a Global Carbon Capture and Storage Inst...
Published on Mar 15, 2013 When your go to your parliament, you need to go through security, this is manned by a private security team, with a Director of Security wondering around in a blue shirt. He gets his powers from the Legislative Assembly. This is where the Law comes in to question. Posing this question in many ways, shapes and forms, silence has been the reaction, from all those concerned. Those that seem to know clam up, and those that don't know show an interest, and then the "smart" ones, take up our time and try and gauge whether WE THE PEOPLE are a fringe group, or "conspiracy". No, we have valid questions, that demand valid answers. Silence just doesn't cut it as an answer anymore. Oh look over there a balloon!!! Even though the Color of Law was there in force, n...
TRANSCRIPT: DEC 29 2012 GREETINGS CITIZENS OF AUSTRALIA WE ARE ANONYMOUS. In Australia we are saturated with US media, and we've heard a lot of American ideas like the Freedom of Speech. We sometimes hear our fellow Australians speak about THEIR right to free speech. But like the Hollywood dreams we've watched since childhood, this is a fallacy. Australians DO NOT have the right to freedom of speech and we never have. The Australian Constitution does not have any express provision relating to freedom of speech. There is no list of personal rights or freedoms which may be enforced in the courts. Moves have been made towards the adoption of a Bill of Rights for Australia, predictably however our Government that is stalling. On 10 December 2008 the Rudd government announced a nationwid...

Securing a lower-house majority will be only the first hurdle for Australia's next prime minister, who will need to work policy through a diverse and fractious upper-house Senate.
