Pop super-couple Beyonce and Jay Z are expecting twins, the singer has announced on her Instagram account.
The post, which instantly gathered hundreds of thousands of likes, shared a picture of Beyonce surrounded by flowers and covered with a veil proudly showing off her growing belly.

"We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over," she wrote in the post.
"We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes."

She signed off the post as from "The Carters".
The twins will be the second and third child for the couple, who welcomed a daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in 2012.
The Formation singer has previously said that, despite having a trophy cabinet full of Grammys and VMAs, being a mother is her "greatest accomplishment".
"Out of everything I've accomplished, my proudest moment hands down was when I gave birth to my daughter Blue," Beyoncé told Garage last year.
Beyoncé and Jay Z, who married in 2008, are notoriously private about the details of their home life, rarely granting personal interviews and keeping their daughter away from paparazzi lenses and big events.
The exception has been the VMAs, which the preschooler has attended twice: once in 2014 to appear on stage with dad to present her mum with the VMA Video Vanguard Award, and again on the red carpet in 2016, wearing a $10950 Mischka Aoki dress.
With an early February announcement, it's unclear whether the Carters will be attending this year's VMAs, but it seems that, when 2018 comes around, they may just need a "plus three".
