And Jennifer Lopez recently used her social media platform to not only share a sexy selfie but also her thoughts on the current state of immigration in the US.

The 47-year-old pop star showed off her flawless complexion and looked every bit the star she is behind a large pair of shades.

She received several hundred-thousand likes for the image which she only captioned with a smiley face wearing sunglasses emoji.

The Shades Of Blue actress looked perfectly bronzed and added a clear gloss to her shiny pursed lips.

The brunette beauty looked stoic in the image as she kept warm beneath a white hooded sweatshirt and a plush fur lined coat. 

The New York-born star, who grew up in the Bronx, also took to Instagram to share a shot of a 'We are all immigrants' sign.
