The suit, obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, claims Sucherman 'willfully and negligently' threw his drumstick into the audience without giving Frederick proper warning so she could protect herself from any injuries.
The lawsuit states Frederick suffered, and will continue to endure, physical pain from the drumstick injury.
Frederick claims she was hit with a number of damages as a result of her injuries, including the loss of benefit of the Styx concert tickets, her bloodied clothes were ruined and she wasn't able to register for the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta.

She is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages for her ongoing medical expenses and loss of income.
TMB Productions, a Delaware-based company that managed the band in June 2015, has also been listed in the lawsuit because it is 'vicariously liable for the negligent acts of' Sucherman.
