Bukit Pasir

Chaah (Cha’ah) is located in Johor and is a rather small town. Although it is quiet and quaint, it still is a short drive away from the action as it is located in the bustling district of Segamat and close to the town of Labis. It is also close to Batu Pahat, another district. The area has a rather odd origin name wise as it is believed it comes from the Hokkien translation of “eat duck”, therefore showing one rather obviously its popularity for its duck specialities.

Although it is quiet and quaint, it still is a short drive away from the action as it is located in the bustling district of Segamat and close to the town of Labis. It can be reached directly via Federal route 1 and the Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Highway also can be used by residents to travel to areas as far as Simpang Renggam. Most modern amenities can be found beyond its borders though as the area of Chaah is still far from being considered developed, especially in comparison with urbanized Malaysia. But with Segamat and Batu Pahat City Centres as its disposal, residents have nothing to worry about.
