Middlesbrough have bolstered their midfield with the signing of Adlene Guediura from Watford, signing the Algerian to a two-and-a-half year deal worth £3.5 million ($A5.82 million)

Serbian midfielder Luka Milivojevic has signed with Crystal Palace from Olympiacos on a three-and-a-half year deal.

The Greek giants have also handed Juan Carlos Paredes an escape route from Watford after locking him up on a loan deal with the option of a permanent transfer.

Meanwhile Augsburg have secured the services of Moritz Leitner from Lazio, while Salvatore Sirigu has moved to Osasuna from Sevilla on loan from PSG.

On the horizon

Nathan Ake is believe to be the subjuect of a £18 million ($A29 million) bid to return to Bournemouth on a permanent deal, despite having just returned to Chelsea from loan.

The Blues are also believed to have had a £30 million ($A50 million) bid for Antonio Candreva rejected by Inter Milan.
