Sūrat al-Jāthiyah (Arabic: سورة الجاثية‎‎, "Crouching") is the 45th sura of the Qur'an with 37 ayat. This is one of the seven suras in the Qur'an that start with the Muqattaʿat Hāʼ Mīm.
