A man pretending to use his hands as a gun yelled threats at the scene of the Bourke Street attack on Monday morning, yelling: "I'm gonna shoot them all".
The man, wearing a black trench coat, was captured on film screaming "I'm gonna hang them, or shoot them, or kill them."

It is believed he went on his rant early on Monday morning, according to 3AW radio.
One man was so shaken he called police.
