No, these aren't fancy names of French kids who go to a private school, but just a few of the ways you can cut vegetables.
Thankfully, unless you're a chef in training, you don't really need to know about them. What is handy to know, though, is the fastest and most effective way to chop up six of the most commonly used vegetables.
