A woman dubbed Russia's most beautiful woman has revealed her secret to staying hot - never having a day off.

Vera Brezhneva is regularly called the country's biggest stunner - and even took home the crown of Maxim's most beautiful woman in Russia earlier this month. 

But the 34-year-old has sent her 6 million Instagram fans into a frenzy after posting pictures of herself enjoying a holiday in Thailand.

And the beauty, who is a singer in Russia, told her followers on social media that there is 'always hard work going on behind the scenes' to keep herself in shape.

She posted a sultry snap of herself in a low cut bikini and racked up more than 200,000 likes in just a day.

One admirer, named 'Stefanie', wrote: 'You are so stunning. How do I get a body like that! I wish I was you.'

Vera told her followers that she works extremely hard to keep her curves and refuses to take a day off from working out, even when she is on holiday.

She said: 'The main rule when on vacation: the one who does the workout - gets to eat. 

'I just love to have a gym and a personal trainer in the hotels where I stay.'
