Cavill Avenue

The beating heart of Surfers Paradise, Cavill Avenue is the place to see and be seen on the Gold Coast. The pedestrian mall is an entertainment hotspot lined with restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. By day the holiday hub buzzes with tourists, surfies and bikini-clad young women, at night it transforms into an adults’ playground. Hanging out at the end of the avenue where the mall meets the beach is a great place to people watch and pause as the world goes by.

The Gold Coast has more canals than Amsterdam and Venice combined and offers a waterborne experience different from the usual surf and sand.
