Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Perfect I took my partner here for a surprise. I planned the trip hoping for snow. Apron arriving, the whole area was blanketed in snow. This location has everything you could ask for, a very cosy lounge area in front of the fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and very cosy bedrooms. Being a lover of the snow, this location is conveniently located 10 mins from Hotham slopes. The outdoor spa is a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. And to top it off, not only is this a fury friendly home one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed, it is managed by one of the kindest and sweetest lady I know. Thanks again, we will be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HOLY SMOKE IT'S GREAT GOTHAM!! When we rent accommodation we always ask the question, "Would we stay again?"The answer to that question with Gotham is "YES, YES, YES" We arrived at night to find the central heating was on, nice, nothing better than arriving to a warm house. We were impressed at the huge open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with an enormous fireplace as its centre piece. We spent lots of time reading and relaxing by the bay windows. Gotham was very well appointed, lots of extras that we didn't expect, complimentary toiletries, dvd's, cd's, library, games, huge hot tub on the decking and a great coffee maker. Gotham was spotlessly clean, a credit to the property management . We loved Dinner Plain, great for walking, hiking (the hike to Feathertop is a must) mountain and road biking. In the village, Graze restaurant at Rundells for dinner was delicious as was Mountain Kitchen for coffee, cakes and lighter meals. Gotham and Dinner Plain is great for a relaxing stay during the non skiing season (much nicer than Mt Hotham which has little if anything to offer) and it's dog friendly. Our dogs loved sunning themselves on the outdoor lounges (oops) on the secure decking. We will be back, Chris, Gemma, Sage and Lucy.
