Centrally located between Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation, it is in an ideal spot to want to explore the whole Daintree Region including the World Heritage Listed Rainforest, the Great Barrier Reef.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Holiday stay, but a little tired. We really enjoyed our stay. Not many houses for this price can accommodate so many people and offer so much. However, since our last stay 10 years ago, the house needs a little attention, which we have been told is to happen. Also included was 2 river cruises each.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just amazing - so much space and so well equipped. All the outdoor spaces were fabulous. BBQs in the evening on the back deck were awesome. Playing Tarzan on the vines along the track to the waterfalls was fab and the falls just the best place for a picnic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved our stay here. The location is so beautiful and peaceful - Paradise! Hard to capture how awesome it is on the photos. Wonderful house with so much room and everything you need. Anne and Mark were great hosts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tranquility was awesome! Very appropriately named! The house was spacious and airy; providing magnificent panoramic views. The space ensured that adults and children alike had plenty of room...both inside & out. Lovely touches such as games and reading material as well as the ever popular Table tennis & Biliards table.The guided walk/waterfall was spectacular and a real highlight of our stay. I would thoroughly recommend "Tranquility" as a family place to stay. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children and there was still plenty of room!
