overlooks the peaceful and beautiful courtyard garden of a split-level Town House.
The room includes reverse cycle heating/cooling, Queen size bed, 55cm LCD HDTV/DVD,
fridge ,microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities.
The Studio has a full ensuite bathroom.
Free WIFI is available
Continental breakfast is supplied daily.
It is quiet, private, clean and comfortable with separate entrance .You are welcome
to use our laundry facilities, ironing board, iron etc.
We are approx. 4 kms from the City and less than 5 mins by car to CBD, Telstradome
and Queen Victoria Market.
Kensington shopping Village at the end of the street.
Kensington Station is a 3 minute walk away( 3 stops to Melbourne Central)
Kensington Village retains its unique feel, with cafes and shops.
The Footscray/East Melbourne bus is at the end of the street.
Racecourse Road Trams to the City 5 minute walk.
The Hosts
We are semi-retired property improvers and irrigation farmers.
We had a B & B , Farm Stay outside Echuca, on the Murray River,
we are experienced in Home Stays and will be available to assist during your visit.

Highly RecommendedHad a lovely stay at this property. Hosts are just lovely, helpful, respectful of privacy, and very accommodating of my numerous special requests! Room was extremely comfortable, secure and private. Outstanding value for money. Would not hesitate to stay again and could not recommend highly enough to others. Thanks for having me guys!

Fabulous LocationAlthough very compact it had everything a couple or single person could need for a comfortable short stay. Lovely setting, quiet, spotless & a great bed...what more could you want! Right in the midst of Kensington with quick & easy access to the CBD it was perfect. Ben & John were helpful, reliable & really nice guys.
