This city studio is perfect for one or a couple.
It is ideal for working and leisure travellers.

The view from the studio offers an eye into the structures and buildings of the CBD, which is especially magical at night. This apartment is located amongst major city streets, including Swanston St, Lygon St and Rathdowne St, providing the real inner city living experience. The location also provides easy access to public transport, with only a minutes’ walk from the apartment.
It features a new building which is only 5 years old with a modern furnish. The apartment includes one queen sized bed, linen, iron, kitchen facilities, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and other kitchen and dining utensils. SONY HD Smart TV, DVD Player and a glass dining table facing the amazing view. Clothes washer/ dryer is included, toilet with a shower, towels and hair dryer.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ACTIVITIES
Located only a few minutes from the tram stop on Swanston St Melbourne Uni/ Swanston St stop there are numerous tram routes to take you all around Melbourne and beyond. Whether it’d be Federation Square, Flinders St Station, St Kilda Beach or other Melbourne City attractions, you will have all the transport required to get to your destination. The trams also provide a service to the trains Flinders St Station, so if travelling further from the city, you will only require a short train ride.
With a close proximity to Melbourne University, you have the chance to visit their swimming pool and gym facilities if you ever feel like exercise. Princes Park is also a 5 minutes’ walk, and is a perfect place for a jog.
