Studio 8 B & B - Central, a Mount Gambier Studio

Description

Studio 8 opened in January 2016. It is comfortable and roomy with complete privacy plus undercover secure parking close to the entrance.

Studio 8 is "open-planned" meaning there is no separate bedroom. It is stylishly furnished with a comfortable queen bed. Upon request a single fold-out bed is provided for a second or third person. The bathroom has been fully renovated comprising toilet, shower, vanity, full length mirror, hairdryer and power-points.

The retro kitchenette is equipped with microwave oven, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, rice cooker, cutlery, china, glasses, bowls etc. A single induction hot plate is provided for any simple cooking as there is no range top or oven. On request, a Weber BBQ is available with the use of an outdoor setting under the patio.

All dishes, etc are freshly washed in the house dishwasher for incoming guests. A complimentary provision of bottled water, tea & coffee bags and fresh milk is provided upon your arrival.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Please provide your own toiletries Including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Bed linen, towels, tissues and toilet paper are supplied for your convenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Danielle from Home Away From Home What a fabulous accomodation! Studio 8 is a very comfy spacious studio in a great location. Fay the host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. It was lovely being greeted by her upon arrival. The studio was extremely clean. The kitchen has all the mod cons, milk in the fridge, nice coffee & tea, sugar, sweetner, biscuits and bottled water. There were also extras like oil, paper towels, aluminum foil, glad wrap, and tissues. The bed was good quality, comfortable and had nice bedding. I loved the way the studio was decorated, it had its own charm. Fay is also thoughtful enough to include brochures on things to do in Mt Gambier and places to eat. One thing I really enjoyed was the guest book. Fay encouraged her guests to fill out a blank page in the book and to be creative! It was wonderful looking though the book and seeing all the drawings and words of gratitude that people had entered. Thank you for a wonderful stay Fay.

It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants which meant we left the car parked in the carport and walked to dinner. Easy to find and Fay was a terrific hostess. Great location to take in the local attractions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alana from So unique and comfortable We were so happy with our stay at Studio 8. The property owner is so lovely and welcoming and makes sure you have all you need and more. Very private and much comfier bed than our own, we will definitely be returning!
