Content Guidelines
Introduction
We reserve the right to remove any content contributed to this website by members, travellers or any other user of the website (each a 'user') which does not meet the following guidelines.
Listings
When creating and/or managing your listing, ensure that content is:

honest and directly related to its purpose

an accurate portrayal of the property and its availability

not in breach of any law, advertising or otherwise
Prohibited content includes:
-
any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive information
-
inaccurate calendar
-
property descriptions that do not relate to the property, or contain property rates or traveller reviews
-
information pertaining to the promotion of another property
-
listings with shared facilities or that are not a whole property
-
display of company names, website addresses or advertising
-
personal information that can be used to identify or contact any person
-
anything that violates another person's or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
Photo Content
We recommend including photos of your kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms and garden, plus other areas in and around your property that you would like to promote.
All photos should be free from clutter, people, pets, text, URLs, watermarks and logos.

Minimum of 6 and a maximum of 24 photos

.JPEG files are accepted

Maximum photo size is 20MB
-
Minimum photo dimensions 1920 x 1080px
Photos will be removed if they:

are posted without the express consent of the owner of any intellectual property rights in them
-
display a URL (a web address such as www._____.com)
-
are watermarked
-
contain a logo
-
contain contact information like an email address, physical address or phone number
-
are something other than a photo, such as a document, certificate, illustration, poster, company logo or excessive text
-
contain inappropriate content
-
are duplicates
-
are a collage of multiple images
-
are not related to your property or area
-
are blank
Review Guidelines
Reviews and responses:
-
must be specific to the guest’s stay at the relevant accommodation only
-
cannot contain swear words (or implications of profanity i.e. @#$%) or inappropriate language
-
cannot be overly confrontational, discriminatory, derogatory or overly personal in nature
-
cannot refer to unlawful or explicit activities
-
must be in English
-
must not be spam or directing traffic to another business/property
-
should not disclose the actual rates charged by the member
-
cannot be for the direct purpose of forcing the other party to pay or return funds
Traveller reviews and owner responses are the subjective opinions of the travellers and owners who posted the content. They are not our opinions and are not endorsed by us. We do not have any obligation to investigate the truthfulness or accuracy of reviews or responses. Stayz reserves the right not to publish or to remove a review which is the subject of a legal action or dispute.
If you see a review or response that does not conform to the above guidelines, please contact Customer Support. We will investigate reported abuse and immediately remove reviews or responses that we find are in violation of our guidelines.
