Refund Policy

Would you like to cancel? While we’re sorry to see you go, cancelling is a very easy process.

If you signed up for recurring payments through Paypal:

1) Login into your Paypal

2) On the top menu options, choose ‘Activity’ then ‘Manage iPolitics Payments’

3) Under ‘Subscription details’ at the top of page, choose to ‘cancel’ and then confirm to ‘cancel this profile’ to stop recurring payments.

If you signed up for an account directly through iPolitics, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and details of your account.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds on the unused portion of the cancelled month. Cancelled accounts do not get charged going forward.

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to be reimbursed for the whole months remaining on your annual subscription.

Failed transactions

Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. Subscribers can update their personal account information by logging into their PayPal account.
