Mario García redesigned his first newspaper, the St. Cloud Daily Times, in 1979. In the nearly 40 years since, García Media has worked on over 700 projects. In a time of rapid, disruptive change, it’s nice to know a designer who thinks like a journalist and champions design’s evolving role in the news.
