The Role

Taking on the Marketing Manager - Monetization role will mean joining an exciting environment where you will be working with a group of highly motivated professionals in PropertyGuru Group.

 

As part of the young and dynamic Trade Marketing team in our Thai Agency Business division of DDproperty, you will play a critical part in driving key tactical business objectives and initiatives that will directly impact the company’s revenue growth.

 

You will be required to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various departments to develop strategies to excite the trade about the company’s suite of products spanning online, mobile, events and print. You will be the key driver of the monetization initiatives, overseeing the success of new offers and take-up among targeted trade clients. This includes (but not limited to) new product launch plans, product packaging/bundling and product pricing/promotions.

 

Not only driving coverage in breadth, you will be also get the opportunity to develop depth, focussing on business insights and analysis of the market to further empower the company to drive more solutions to its advertising client audience.

 

You will be a highly motivated, tenacious and dynamic team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You should have high standards of excellence and an appetite for constant challenges. You will also need to be able to build excellent rapport with other cross-functional teams including personals from Product and Sales and Engagement Marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • New product go-to-market strategy and execution
    • To work with stakeholders and partake in high-level market research to determine and execute best approach to launch new products
    • To develop selling points of new products and articulate them via sales materials, telescripts and collaterals
    • To ideate and deliver on marketing channels and strategies to effectively reach target audience
    • To create touchpoints between the company and target audience at influencer and end-consumer level to generate awareness and facilitate further conversations that would lead to sales conversion
  • Lifecycle campaigns and product promotion
    • Constantly analyse customer purchase behaviour and product take-up rates and be in conversation with stakeholders to understand customer preferences and product performances
    • To propose and implement mass or segment-targeted marketing campaigns and sales promotions to drive purchase and spendings
    • To develop customer lifecycle touchpoints between the company and target segment to drive awareness and generate warm sales leads for conversions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing related role and executing both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns
  • Team management or prior experience in B2C marketing is highly advantageous
  • Experience with tactical marketing planning and execution
  • Having a keen understanding of the real estate landscape is a plus (but not crucial)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English/Thai to liaise with English/Thai speaking clients
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Works well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Computer literate: Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Great interpersonal skills – builds rapport and relationships quickly and at all levels
  • Fun, dynamic and energetic self-starter, who thinks on his/her feet and is willing to get their hands dirty
