Our vision is to create a new reality, where the next generation of children can grow up free of trauma, enjoy equity and safety, become happy and healthy adults and have agency over their social, cultural, political and economic future.

We address all of the factors needed to eradicate extreme poverty and inequity. Our Platform celebrates the Aboriginal worldview that connects the development of the person to the land and the people in a sophisticated system.

We honour those who have come before us, continuing the work and vision of Elders and community leaders past and present. Children's Ground was established in November 2011 in response to a system that is failing those living with the greatest disadvantage.

We respect and promote the inherent rights of Australia's First Nations people, including political, economic and social structures, knowledge systems, traditions, histories and philosophies and the rights to their lands, territories and resources.
