They were pictured rowing outside a nightclub over the weekend - and things appear to be over between Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The Little Mix star, 23, has now deleted the only picture she posted of the handsome footballer on Instagram, making a seemingly public statement regarding their status.

The snap showed Alex beaming as he sat at a table with Perrie's pet Pomeranian and his pooch, but the picture, which was accompanied by a love heart eyed emoji is no more.

The pair had only been dating a couple of months but Perrie seems to be back on the market following the latest development.

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Perrie for further information.

The latest drama comes as Perrie and Alex were pictured having a row outside Drama nightclub in London.

Heading out on to the street at around 3.30am, Perrie looked serious as she exhanged words with her footballer beau.

It all appeared to be going so well: Arsenal player Alex had seemed to be Perrie's perfect man after they started dating a few months ago

The Arsenal player, 23, was then seen making a phone call as he lingered in the doorway.

The singer had been helping Alex with his singing career and she had offered to put him in touch with some of her music industry friends in a bid to help kick-start his dream.

A source told The Sun newspaper at the time: 'Perrie is encouraging it as their love of music is one of the main things they have in common.

'She has loads of friends in the industry who can help him out, including producers and other DJs, so she's told him she'll put him in touch.

Perrie was previously engaged to Zayn Malik, but they split in 2015. He is now in a relationship with Gigi Hadid.
