As if their week hasn't been turbulent enough, Jamie O'Hara and Bianca Gascoigne have been made to go head-to-head in the latest Celebrity Big Brother challenge.

In what looks like a task set by their fellow housemates, rather than Big Brother himself, the footballer and the glamour model are seen in a new clip shoveling cream crackers down their throats.

The aim of the task appears to be who can devour the most without stopping for a drink.

Cheered on by their fellow celebs, Heidi Montag can be heard telling Bianca to 'shove it down your mouth!' while Calum Best instructs Jamie to 'eat it like a rat'.

Nicole McLean is heard screaming at Bianca to 'get it down your mouth now', clearly championing her fellow blonde to win.

Feeling a little cream crackered? The aim of the task appears to be who can devour the most without stopping for a drink

Victory is his: Cheered on by their fellow celebs, Heidi Montag can be heard telling Bianca to 'shove it down your mouth!' while Calum Best instructs Jamie to 'eat it like a rat'

However, Jamie is the victor and celebrates his win by taking a creamy scone and plunging it into his would-be lover's face.

Bianca takes it on the chin (literally) and laughs off the forfeit, left with a face full of creamy filling.

The main task of yesterday - which will be shown on Friday night's edition of the current series - is in fact food-themed.

The housemates are sent into Big Brother's Bakery, where they are tasked with locating loafs of bread with peoples' names on them amid an array of baked goods.

Pitted against one another, the celebs have to find the loafs with the names relating to the questions Big Brother asks them.

One question is 'which housemate doesn't like water and thinks it should only be used for washing clothes with' for which the celebrities must find the loaf with Jessica Cunningham's name on it.

This frivolity comes as Bianca and Jamie's rocky week nears an end. 

It was revealed to the entire house this week that Bianca, 30, has a boyfriend on the outside world - something she had purposely neglected to tell Jamie, also 30.

And ever since the cat was let out of the bag, Bianca has been seen in knots, agonising over the situation, crying in the diary room and confiding in Nicola McLean.

Following the revelation, Nicola, 35, told Jamie 'I don’t think B slept a wink. She doesn’t know whether to walk or not…' hinting that she was contemplating leaving the show voluntarily.

Jamie replied: 'Did she think it wasn’t going to come out? I really feel for her but I’ve also got to look out for me.'

'It brings a headline...' he added, hinting that should Bianca walk it is purely an attempt for attention.

Later on, Bianca confirmed to Nicola that she feels ‘exhausted’ and that she doesn’t want this ‘to affect Jamie on the outside’.

But Nicola - who has been close to both of them - got brutal and said: 'You’re the one who has made the mistake, he didn’t know.'

In the bedroom, Jamie told Bianca he’s 'feeling for her' and that he 'wants to enjoy the next few days with her’.

The pair hugged and were later seen in bed together once again.

In a heart to heart with pal Nicola he said: 'I feel like I’ve been put in a situation in the outside…s he hasn’t been 100 per cent truthful. She should of said "I’ve got a fella"…I’m a bit p*ssed off, I don’t need that sh*t. Tell me straight. I’ve been put in a situation.'

Nicola, who was aware of Bianca's predicament, tried to reassure Jamie he is the man she wants, telling him: 'Bianca doesn’t want to be with this person, she wants to be with you.' 

Meanwhile, glamour girl Bianca admitted the extent of her feelings for the footballer telling him: 'I’ve never felt like this in my life, I’m so sorry.'

Discussing her love triangle in the garden, Bianca told her housemates: 'There is someone on the outside that I need to have the conversation with. I haven’t been able to help how I feel. I didn’t want to bring that person into it…and I really like Jamie.'

The beauty retreated to the diary room to confide in Big Brother about her troubled love life. 

Upset, she said: 'I came in here and there’s someone on the outside, and I didn’t expect at all to have feelings for anybody and it has developed with Jamie. I feel like it’s one big mess and I can’t fix it right now.'
