It is a look that has to go down as a net loss.

For Christina Milian donned a hideous multicoloured outfit before heading out to dinner at a posh seafood restaurant in Los Angeles on Thursday,.

The Dip It Love favourite looked far from the well-dressed stunner who her fans know and love.

Indeed the 35-year-old struggled to show off her famous assets to their maximum potential in the American Indian inspired gown, which featured a brown torso and blue tassels.

However it was the Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat-style back and skirt that really pushed managed to sink her look before she even made it into seafood eatery Catch LA.

On reflection the mother-of-one will no doubt admit she made a rod for her own back with her latest stylistic mode.

And hopefully she will have decided to consign it to Davy Jones' Locker when it comes to dressing up in future.
