Joanna Krupa has been ordered by a Florida judge to hand over years of her personal gynecological records in her legal battle against Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville.
Krupa is seeking $2 million in punitive damages over Glanville's comments she made about the model's 'smelly' lady parts and her alleged affair with Yolanda Foster's ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid.
According to court filings obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, the judge will review the records to determine if they are relevant to the case.
The battle has been ongoing for several months as the two parties participate in the 'discovery phase of the lawsuit', with both sides providing the court with documents to support their respective case.

On January 25, a hearing was held in Miami where the judge sided with Glanville and ordered Krupa to hand over her gynecological records from 2000 to 2005, and her RHOM contract
Glanville insisted Krupa produce her Housewives of Miami contract, medical records, tax returns and other financial information.
On January 25, a hearing was held in Miami Court where the judge sided with Glanville and ordered Krupa to hand over both her gynecological records from 2000 to 2005, and her Real Housewives of Miami contract.
She will also have to hand over all communications with Lisa Vanderpump, Mohamed Hadid and Andy Cohen as it relates to the case.
The women's legal battle first kicked off in January 2015 after comments Glanville made in a November 2013 interview on Andy Cohen's Bravo show, Watch What Happens Live.
Glanville told viewers that Krupa had an adulterous relationship with Yolanda Foster's then-husband, Mohamed Hadid, and also claimed her vagina smelled.
Krupa claimed that Glanville's comments caused her emotional distress and damaged her reputation by labeling her as someone who slept with a married man.
Pictured above, Cohen and fellow guest Mark Consuelos reacted with shock - with Consuelos falling to the ground - when Glanville made her claims about Krupa
She sued Glanville for an undisclosed amount for using her celebrity status to embarrass, ridicule and ruin her image, and hurt her ability to get work in the entertainment industry.
Glanville fired back at Krupa's lawsuit, saying the entire case was nothing more than an attempt by Krupa to keep her name in the headlines and help her land a spot on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, due to the Miami spin off being canceled because of low ratings.
Glanville said that both Lisa Vanderpump and Mohamed Hadid - who have been friends for more than ten years - revealed to her at Vanderpump's home that Hadid had cheated on Foster with Krupa for two years.
Lisa Vanderpump (right) and Mohamed Hadid (center) denied ever telling Glanville that Krupa was having an affair with Hadid
But both Vanderpump and Hadid denied ever telling Glanville about an affair or that Krupa's private parts smelled.
On August 18 2016, Krupa filed court documents to amend her complaint to seek punitive damages from Glanville, revealing that Vanderpump and Hadid all said Glanville's allegations are not true.
Krupa said that the three key witnesses deny the story Glanville claims as her defense.
Krupa also claimed that Glanville changed her story several times.
She hoped to amend her complaint to seek punitive damages, which under Florida law allows a jury to award her up to $2 million in damages.
The motion is still pending in court, and Glanville filed documents on December 5 demanding that Krupa not be allowed to seek punitive damages.
The former model said that Krupa has not denied having sex with Hadid, and instead uses careful wording to say she never had sexual relations with him while he was married to Foster.
She included a list of responses that Krupa used to answer discovery questions throughout the lawsuit and asked Krupa to list all individuals who have knowledge of the case at hand.
The list includes Vanderpump, Hadid, Kyle Richards, Hadid, Foster, producers of Real Housewives and former Real Housewives of Miami co-stars Alexia Echevarria and Adriana De Moura.
Along with Stern and Cohen, Kelly Ripa's husband Mark Consuelos is also listed because he is aware of facts pertaining to the case.
In her deposition last year, Vanderpump said she doesn't believe that Krupa should be pursuing a lawsuit, adding that she believes that nothing Glanville says has credence or credibility.
Further, Vanderpump said that Glanville's allegations that she got her fired from Real Housewives are false.
