She's known for her love of working out - and Mel B showed off her figure in all its glory as she headed out to the Today show.

The 41-year-old looked incredible as she headed out wearing a stunning black dress which had a cold shoulder detail.

The sexy number had a mesh panel at the cleavage which showed off her ample assets as she went braless.

Her hair was worn in a sleek and straight style as she added a pop of colour to her ensemble with perfectly manicured red nails.

She later shared a collage of her latest look to Instagram, writing the caption: 'Work work work work work work #hussel.' [sic].

She also shared a boomerang of herself doing some star jumps while in New York in her outfit. She wrote: 'Jumping jacks in Ny.'

It recently reported that Mel has resolved her nine-year feud with her family.

According to The Sun, the I Want You Back hitmaker decided to reach out to her relatives as she realised that 'life was too short' to maintain their argument - and that the group are now on good terms once again.

Back in 2008, Andrea was cut off from the Broadway star and her daughters - who live in Los Angeles - due to her disapproval of Mel's then-new husband Stephen Belafonte.

An inside source said: 'Mel is finally back in touch with her family and everyone is thrilled.

'It took for Mel to realise that life was too short to keep this going. She's really pleased she took the step of finally reaching out to them.'
