The attention-loving blonde, now 22-years-old, was hard to miss as she stepped out for dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The reality star and wife of actor Doug Hutchison, 56, showed off her assets in a black plunging blouse and matching skintight pants.

Courtney's deep V top put her ample cleavage on full display as she stepped out in West Hollywood for dinner at Dan Tana's.

The model added extra height to her frame with a pair of leopard printed platform heels.

The platinum blonde styled her hair in smooth waves which were left down to cascade past her shoulders.

She added shimmery eye shadow and a dark pink gloss to her evening look.
