'Catwoman' Jocelyn Wildenstein is selling the sprawling $13 million apartment where she had her infamous dust-up with fashion designer ex-boyfriend Lloyd Klein, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The eight-bedroom, six-bathroom residence takes up nearly the entire 51st floor of the ritzy Trump World Tower building in Manhattan. The building was formerly known as UN Plaza.
Wildenstein snapped up two adjoining apartments in 2001 before buying a third and knocking them into one giant pad with 360 degree views of the Manhattan skyline. It is believed she splashed out around $6 million in total and spent millions more on lavish renovations and an opulent art deco interior.
She stands to make a sizable profit if the 5,160-square foot condo fetches its $12,950,000 asking price.
The money should come in handy for the plastic surgery-loving socialite who claims she is broke despite netting a reported $2.5 billion from her 1999 divorce from art dealer Alec Wildenstein.

It is believed she originally splashed out around $6 million in total on the apartment - which takes up the entire 51st floor of Trump World Tower - and spent millions more on lavish renovations and an opulent art deco interior.
Klein (pictured in court with scars allegedly from Wildenstein), who has designed clothes for Nicki Minaj, Pink and Joan Collins, was also hauled into custody days after their fight for supposedly pushing Wildenstein over when he returned for his possessions
Wildenstein's gaudy taste in furniture is well documented and the condo boasts everything from shark-skin gaming tables to chairs made from ostrich leather and zebra-skin couches.
However, the listing by Douglas Elliman Real Estate assures prospective buyers it comes unfurnished, stating: 'The space is ready to be created to the buyer's specifications.'
It also points out that viewings can take place no earlier than midday, the time that sources say 71-year-old Wildenstein typically rises. The new owner will enjoy valet parking, a 5,000-square foot health club and spa, a lap pool, private wine cellar and access to famed Trump haunt, the World Bar.
But despite living in the exclusive setting for nearly two decades, Wildenstein has told friends she will be pleased to get away from the scene of her now-notorious scuffle with fashion designer ex Klein, 49.
The so-called 'Bride of Wildenstein' - instantly recognizable due to her feline features - was arrested on December 6 for clawing Klein across the face and cutting him with scissors.
'Jocelyn has reputation for spending lavishly but even she recognizes when it's time to downsize,' an insider told DailyMail.com.
'It's the most wonderful apartment with incredible views of the city and she has decorated it with all kinds of treasures.
'But she just doesn't feel comfortable there after what happened. She wants to make a fresh start somewhere new.'

Wildenstein will appear in court next month accused of assault in the second degree and inflicting injuries with a weapon. However, Klein is reportedly keen to put the matter behind them and has indicated he will not press charges against his former partner of 14 years

Klein, who has designed clothes for Nicki Minaj, Pink and Joan Collins, was also hauled into custody days after their fight for supposedly pushing Wildenstein over when he returned for his possessions.
But sources close to the case have told DailyMail.com the charges are expected to be dismissed when the Canadian-born couturier appears in court Monday.
'It was one hell of a cat fight but when all is said and done they should both emerge unscathed,' the insider said.
'Lloyd still thinks the world of Jocelyn and he has absolutely no desire to see her suffer any more than she already has.'
Both Klein's lawyer, Alex Spiro of Brafman & Associates, and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, declined to comment because the case is still active.
Wildenstein was once touted as one of the wealthiest women in the United States after securing an estimated $2.5 million divorce payment and $100 million a year in maintenance.
But in a recent interview with the filmmaker Daphne Barak, she claimed that the Wildenstein family trust fund made her monthly payments dried up, leaving her with no income.
Wildenstein told Barak her last monthly installment of $111,000 came in March 2015.
'I wasn’t ready for it. How can I pay for dental care, doctors, the expenses of my homes or travelling? I have nothing to pay with,' she said.
'You know, it cannot be, that one day - all of the sudden - they stop the payments, just leaving me like that. They expected me to live only 20 years.’
