He's got axes to grind! Jason Momoa carries multiple hatchets while heading to chat show in Hollywood

Jason Momoa let his hair down as he held multiple axes on Thursday while heading to a chat show appearance in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actor had his naturally curly ombre-colored locks down around his shoulders as he entered the Jimmy Kimmel Live! studio.

Jason sported his trademark thick beard and playfully stuck his tongue out.

The actor held a pair of axes in his right hand and three more in his left.

Jason later took part in an axe throwing segment with Jimmy on the chat show. 

The former Game Of Thrones star donned a yellow T-shirt with a Neil Young logo, black jeans and grey acid jacket as he interacted with fans.

Jason posed for several selfies with fans and signed multiple autographs.

The actor made a brief appearance as Aquaman last year in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

He reprised his role as the Atlantean superhero in Justice League due out November 17.

Jason took place in a table reading earlier this week for the stand-alone Aquaman movie.

The film's producer James Wan shared a picture on social media on Tuesday of Jason, Amber Heard and Patrick Wilson at the gathering.

Principal photography was expected to begin in May in Queensland, Australia.

Amber plays Aquaman's wife Mera, Queen Of Atlantis, and was pictured in costume last October while filming Justice League in Iceland.

In the stand-alone film due out in 2018, Jason's Arthur Curry learns he is the heir to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis and must step up for his people and save the world.

Jason has been married since 2007 to Lisa Bonet.

They have nine-year-old daughter Lola and eight-year-old son Nakoa together.
