Carl Reiner (left), the creator of The Dick Van Dyke Show, told Mary Tyler Moore's husband the day before she died that he should whisper in her ear that it was okay to go. The television icon died at the age of 80 on Wednesday afternoon from cardiopulmonary arrest after she contracted pneumonia. Moore was surrounded by family members, including her husband of 33 years Robert Levine (inset), who quickly flocked to say their goodbyes at a Connecticut hospital. Reiner was unable to be by her side but said the last time they saw each other was at a public event where Moore seemed well, but he could tell her health was deteriorating.

Mischa Barton was hospitalized after being found screaming on her backyard fence wearing just a shirt and tie, TMZ reported. The OC actress was voluntarily taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation after the incident Thursday morning, law enforcement sources told the website. Neighbors found the 31-year-old on top of her back-yard fence in West Hollywood screaming that her mother was a witch. She was also rambling about the 'world shattering', and something about Ziggy Stardust. Police and firefighters were called to the scene after being alerted about a jumper or possible overdose. Not long afterwards the Brit, who turned 31 just two days ago, tweeted: 'Thank you all for all the birthday messages Xoxo'. The tweet seemed to have been deleted as of Thursday evening.

A woman who calls herself Jane Doe 43  has slapped Jeffrey Epstein with a federal lawsuit demanding damages for forcing her to perform sex acts on him. In court papers obtained by DailyMail.com Jane Doe 43 accuses Epstein of giving her no  choice to participate in the sexual acts. Over time she claims she was intimidated, threatened, humiliated and verbally abused in order to coerce her into sexual compliance Ghislaine Maxwell (above with Epstein), Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff and Natalya Malyshev are also named in the lawsuit. In 2005 Epstein was investigated for hiring underage girls to massage him in their underwear or totally naked. Epstein pleaded guilty to a single charge of soliciting an under-age prostitute and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. The billionaire served 13 months and had to register as a sex offender. In an affidavit filed last year Virginia Roberts (inset) laims to have been used as a sex slave by Epstein  when she was underage.

It is believed that Garland's remains were moved 48 years after her death due to a lack of space in the New York plot. Garland's New York burial spot was not expansive enough to accommodate the actress and the rest of her relatives including her three children, who are all alive: Liza Minnelli, 70; Lorna Luft, 64; and Joey Luft, 61; and their children.

 The rapper Phillip Nickolas Katsabanis, 21, better known as 'Stitches', was arrested for gun and drug possession after officers found him parked in a handicapped spot in Miami, Florida. They recognized him from previous arrests, and asked if he had a gun. He said no and immediately passed the officer a hand rolled and slightly burnt joint, according to a police report. After searching the car, they found a gun under his seats, and two magazines of ammunition. Police also found a mason jar with 39.2 grams of marijuana and one oxycodone pill. He does not have a prescription. The rapper has been booked for felony gun and marijuana possession. Stitches was recognized so quickly due to his face tattoos, which include stitches around his mouth, a number of images of guns, and a quote on the side of his head that says 'F*** a job'.

NEW Nathan and Lori Ryberg, both 55, from Queen Creek, Arizona, have been caring for people with special needs since they met in college in 1979. They both majored in social work and babysat for their professors who had children with disabilities. Nathan and Lori married after graduating, inset left, and today they have 13 children, seven are adopted out of the foster system and six are their biological children. Lori has homeschooled them all and eight of their kids have a physical or developmental disability. Nathan is a police detective with the Tempe Police Department and Lori is a part-time teacher. The entire Ryberg clan is pictured above in 2015. They are also pictured inset right in 1993 with their first two adopted children John and David and first three biological children Samuel, Elizabeth and Luke. Besides the seven they adopted, Nathan and Lori have also fostered other children and they have no plans to stop, though from now on they'll foster one child at a time.

A naked woman stopped rush hour traffic in Houston by standing in the middle of a busy road and declaring she was an angel to other drivers, before retrieving her bra on Thursday. The incident was filmed by a passerby on the West Loop northbound at Westheimer. The unknown woman left her red Chevy unattended, walked through the car-filled street naked and chatted with shocked drivers. She allegedly said: 'I'm an angel! I'm an angel, where are the rest of them?' before retrieving her bra from the ground and driving away.

NEW A western Pennsylvania special education teacher has resigned after police charged him with driving drunk to work and crashing his car at the campus entrance of a high school. Michael Mastorovich, 54, is charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and criminal mischief. Officers were dispatched to Gateway High School just before 7am Tuesday following reports of an accident. Police found a vehicle in a grassy area that had slammed into a railing next to a baseball field. Mastorovich allegedly failed three field sobriety tests, and police say force was needed to arrest him.

A yoga mogul who was mysteriously found dead in his $3 million California mansion died after falling while drunk, authorities said. According to a report released by the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office, founder and former CEO of CorePower Yoga Trevor Tice died accidentally after falling repeatedly while drunk and on a tranquilizer. The 48-year-old reportedly had a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 — more than twice the legal driving limit of 0.08 — while an unidentified tranquilizer drug and unidentified anti-depressants were also found in his system.

Law enforcement officials in Florida arrested a Sarasota couple that was found passed out in their car from an apparent high dosage of drugs (above) – even as they had two babies in the backseat. William Ballard (right inset), 36, and Delaney Crissinger (left inset), 32, drove their SUV into a Texaco gas station on Fruitville Road before dawn on Thursday morning. At approximately 8am, customers who drove into the gas station noticed the couple passed out in the front seats. In the back of the car, there were two toddlers – a 5-month-old and a 1-year-old.

Fans of Mary Tyler Moore may still be mourning the loss of the beloved actress after her death on Wednesday, but a piece of her eponymous television show lives on. The seven-bedroom house in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where Moore's character Mary Richards lived on the third floor, is being sold for $1,695,000. While the interior scenes were filmed in a studio, exterior shots of the real house located at 2104 Kenwood Parkway were featured prominently in the show, and fans have flocked to the location for years to catch sight of the iconic home. The last surviving photographs of the veterans who formed part of Napoleon Bonaparteís famous Grande Armée and fought in the Napoleonic wars have been revealed in full remastered colour. The expertly colourised historic images inject exciting new life into the 159-year-old monochrome originals, transforming them from a dreary black and white into a vibrant work of art which shows off every intricate detail of the men's uniforms, from their medals, swords right down to their shoes. The stunning pictures show former members of cavalry from the 7th Hussars Regiment and Quartermasters who would have distributed supplies in full uniform and Monsieur Loria, a Chevalier of Napoleon's Legion of honour, one of the highest French order for military merits. Riley Curry got into a dab off with a high school student on Tuesday. The four-year-old was attending her father's jersey retirement ceremony at Charlotte Christian High School in North Carolina. The curious cat approached the camera by a road in South Africa's Mala Mala game reserve before trying to eat it. Unsurprisingly, the cat didn't enjoy the taste and spat it out 20 minutes later. The owner of the GoPro, who was on a photographic safari, said: 'We came across a coalition of four male lions conducting their territorial patrol. I drove up the road ahead of them and positioned my GoPro on the road to get a ground level shot of all four lions walking. However, the first male had other ideas.'
