ingredients
- 180 g Flora Buttery
- 75 g cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 4 drop vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 100 g plain flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 100 g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
- 1 cup walnuts
method
- Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Line a 20 cm x 30 cm Swiss roll tin with baking paper.
- Mix butter and cocoa in a large bowl, then add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until firm but still moist. Allow to cool completely in tin before cutting into squares.

notes
- If you don't like walnuts, leave them out or switch them with another nut - macadamia also works well.
- To ensure you get lovely, moist brownies, be sure to not leave them in the oven too long. They will firm up a little as they cool.
