1927 (MCMXXVII) was a common year starting on Saturday (dominical letter B) of the Gregorian calendar and a common year starting on Friday (dominical letter C) of the Julian calendar, the 1927th year of the Common Era (CE) and Anno Domini (AD) designations, the 927th year of the 2nd millennium, the 27th year of the 20th century, and the 8th year of the 1920s decade. Note that the Julian day for 1927 is 13 calendar days difference, which continued to be used from 1582 until the complete conversion of the Gregorian calendar was entirely done in 1929.
"I Could" is the fourth single from American Idol finalist, Kimberley Locke, and final single from her One Love album. The single was released strictly to radio and was not released as a commercial CD single. "I Could" is the first of Kimberley's singles to not have an accompanying music video.
I Think of You was Perry Como's 20th 12" long-play album released by RCA Records.
A review from The Gramophone said of this album; ". . . Mr. Como takes a vocal look at songs which have been hits in recent months for other artists . . . In fact, he makes every song his own with an effortless facility possessed by very few artists, and the LP is an undiluted pleasure from beginning to end." This album continues the formula of the previous LP release by including a majority selection of soft pop/rock from the charts of 1970-1971 by artists such as Simon and Garfunkel, Glen Campbell, The Carpenters, Bread, Lobo, Ocean and others.
"Think of You" is the second single from Usher's 1994 album Usher. It was co-written by Usher alongside labelmate Donell Jones and Faith Evans, and samples jazz musician Ronnie Laws' song "Tidal Wave" off of the album Pressure Sensitive.
The song fared better than its predecessor, "Can U Get Wit It", climbing to #7 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, #58 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #70 on the UK Singles Chart. The video features a young Taral Hicks, that Usher is singing to.

(HQ digital stereo remaster) This is the first single from 1927's second album "The Other Side" released in 1990. There is another copy of this clip on YouTube, encoded at about 6 bits per second. You'll only want to watch this one. Clip directed by Kriv Stenders.

"This was my first big-budget "Oz Rock" music video with a three day shoot, and a huge crew out in the middle of the Australian outback. It has all the classic Oz Rock cliches - deserts, sunsets, band playing their electric keyboards and intsruments in the middle of nowhere, and lots of rock god posing on rocks etc. I remember the band asking if they could do anything else apart from pointing at the horizon. I couldn't really think of anything for them to do at the time apart from walking and pointing, so you'll notice the band doing... a lot of walking and pointing ! We actually shot this in Broken ...
It is a 1927 silent romantic comedy film which tells the story of a shop girl who sets her sights on the handsome and wealthy boss of the department store where she works. One day Broadway's theater became reality,
when they started killing entertainment,
living in a world of hatred, consumed by the daily
papers,
they're crying tears of sorrow, like there's no tomorrow
yet it feels good to bring back the chaos to it's
rightful place,
to where it always belonged,
with eyes so red, they're burning, burning red,
in their hearts, in their head,
you're playing with fire, you're playing with the dead
stoning what's left of the purity, this took place down
Broadway,
where the boys were born, where the boys will stay,
with an east coast hunger for that west coast fame,
what happened too your love? what happened to your name?
(take a hold of your soul before you give it away)
is this the world we live in? is it the one we've
created?
with our two hands... with our own flesh and blood?
those who have come before us,
would be so ashamed to know.
we love our brothers,
but can't stop killing our own
(is this the world we live in?)
I'm feeling lost... I'm feeling used,
father God show me the way home,
give me a sign, drop me the line
