Katie Price chows down on a sandwich as she ditches the NTAs after-party alongside her sleepy Loose Women co-hosts... after losing out on the Best Live Magazine Show prize

She was the centre of attention on the red carpet in a rather demure gold skirt.

But Katie Price called it a night early following the National Television Awards, held at London's O2 Arena on Wednesday night.

The TV personality, 38, was spotted chowing down on a sandwich as she left the after-party, shortly followed by her sleepy Loose Women co-hosts.

One for the road? Katie Price called it a night early following the National Television Awards, held at London's O2 Arena on Wednesday night

Nadia Sawalha let out a big yawn as she headed home, clutching her bag to her chest and looking like the excitement had got the better of her.

Also making an early exit was Andrea McLean, who carried her strappy silver stilettos in one hand.

Braving the streets of the capital barefoot, the presenter wrapped a shawl around her shoulders for extra warmth.

It's catching! Kaye Adams also let out a yawn as she followed behind Nadia

Meanwhile, Katie was tucking into a sandwich snack as she headed home to her family.

Clearly not satisfied with the tiny treat, the mother-of-five made herself a gourmet dinner of cheese of toast upon her return home.

Sharing a video of her late night snacking, husband Kieran Hayler was seen wiping his mouth after chowing down.

The Loose Women stars led the glamorous brigade of stars leaving the main event, which recognised the cream of the crop in British television.

It was a disappointing night for the TV hosts, who lost out on the Best Live Magazine Show award to This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield again.

As the duo made their way to the stage at London's O2 Arena to collect their award, Nadia - flanked by co-hosts Kaye Adams and Stacey Solomon - turned to a man seated behind her and playfully ranted: 'Every f***ing year!'

Calling it a night: The pair ensured they stayed sensible, heading home at a reasonably early hour ahead of their early morning start

Unlikely pals: Gogglebox's Stephen Webb was spotted leaving alongside Chelsee Healey

Long-running show This Morning boasts a collection of 12 NTA trophies, while Loose Women trails with a very distant four gongs.

The popular programme beat out the likes of BBC Breakfast, Sunday Brunch and The One Show for this year's award.

When they took to the stage, Phillip joked about his and Holly's alcoholic antics last year, saying that they were instead going to celebrate by getting tattoos.

Last year, the duo arrived to present This Morning still wearing their NTA outfits, after getting very boozy at the awards show the previous night.

Phillip started his thank you speech by remembering the show's agony aunt, Denise Robertson, who died early in 2016.

Heading home: Bake Off queen Mary Berry kept covered up in a navy coat

Hello, taxi? Coronation Street's Maria Fowler was spotted ringing for a taxi

Corrie co-stars: Kym Marsh and Jack P. Shepherd were seen heading off

Dapper: Piers Morgan joined the crowds leaving as the after-party died down

Keeping the party going: Lovebirds Dan Osbourne and Jacqueline Jossa went arm-in-arm
