Following abuse allegations against Robin, Paula allegedly began denying the singer access to their son before filing an emergency order for sole custody.

Despite what happened in the court room this Thursday, last Thursday was a very different situation with a judge denying Paula's emergency order, saying there was insufficient evidence that Robin was causing 'great or irreparable harm' to the boy.

The drama continued the next day when the son of the late Alan Thicke was accompanied by LA County Sheriff's deputies to his ex-wife's Malibu home along with a copy of their custody agreement.

Fight for his rights: Last week, the hitmaker tired to get his son back from Paula, who allegedly had been denying him a chance to see Julian

When the officers went inside Paula's house to speak with Julian on Friday, the youngster reportedly told them he was scared of his father and didn't want to go with him.

The deputies told Robin they would not take the child against his will, leaving Julian in the care of his mom.

The couple split in 2014 after spending 21 years together and Julian is their only child.
