NOTE: The Place CVAP table in the .csv version of the 2007-2011 5-yr ACS derived data was incorrectly showing the data from the 2006-2010 5-yr ACS derived data. This was corrected on 5/31/2013. This did not affect any other geography or any of the SAS versions of the files.
2006-2010 American Community Survey 5 year estimates

The data files, in both CSV [ZIP] 41.5MB and SAS [ZIP] 56.5MB formats, are posted through these links. The zip files contain the CVAP documentation along with nationwide files for the following geographies:

- Place
- MCD (Minor Civil Division - only for CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, MI, WI, NJ, NY, MN, and PA)
- Tract (Note: this release uses the 2010 Census tracts)
- Block Groups (Note: this release uses the 2010 Census block groups)
- NOTE: The total number of citizens and its margin of error are now available for tracts and block groups. (They were not included in the 2005-2009 American Community Survey 5-year estimates CVAP special tabulation.)
2005-2009 American Community Survey 5 year estimates

The data files, in both CSV [ZIP] 33.3MB and SAS [ZIP] 45.8MB formats, are posted through these links. The zip files contain the CVAP documentation along with nationwide files for the following geographies:
- Nation
- State
- County
- Place
- MCD (Minor Civil Division - only for CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, MI, WI, NJ, NY, MN, and PA)
- Tract (Note: these are Census 2000 tracts, not 2010 Census tracts)
- Block Groups (Note: these are Census 2000 block groups, not 2010 Census block groups)
- NOTE: Tract and Block Group level data from the 2005-2009 ACS are based on the Census 2000 boundaries for those entities. In a short number of counties, the 2010 Census or an interim version of the 2010 Census Tract and Block Groups was used. Details about this discrepancy can be found here Geography Release Notes for 2009 under the "Census Tracts and Block Groups in 2005-2009 ACS 5-year Estimates with Geographic Code and Definition Problems" banner.

Census 2000 Special Tabulation: Citizenship by Race & Hispanic Origin (STP 76) [ZIP] 29MB
- Total population and voting age population by citizenship status. Shown for Hispanic groups (Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Other) and race alone not Hispanic. These data will be rounded as all Census 2000 special tabulations. All counts of citizens may be shown. There must be either 0 or 3 or more non-citizens to show non-citizens and total.
