The rapper Phillip Nickolas Katsabanis, better known as 'Stitches', was arrested for gun and drug possession after he parked in a handicapped spot. They recognized him from previous arrests, and asked if he had a gun. He said no and immediately passed the officer a hand rolled and slightly burnt joint, according to a police report. After searching the car, they found a gun under his seats, and two magazines of ammunition. The rapper has been booked for felony gun and marijuana possession.

Butch Trucks suffered a gun shot wound to the head and died Tuesday in his waterfront condo in West Palm Beach, Florida at the age of 69. A woman caller who is unidentified on the transcript but described as 'hysterical' dialed 911 at 6:02 p.m. The dispatcher noted his wife Melinda (above left with Trucks) witnessed Trucks pulling the trigger. Although he was breathing when police arrive, Trucks  expired seconds later. Palm Beach County court records show Trucks appeared to be wrestling with financials problems. In 2011, Trucks had to sell his prized home in Palm Beach for $2 million when it was possibly worth twice as much to pay off a $800,000 mortgage Last year, the IRS filed two liens against the condo to force Trucks to pay additional taxes for 2013 and 2014 for a total of more than $540,000. He was considered by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the top 10 drummers in rock history.

Authorities believe New Hampshire man Bob Evans (left), who murdered his wife, also killed another woman last seen in 1981 as well as three girls, one of whom is his daughter. Evans was arrested in 2002 for the homicide of Eunsoon Jun (top, second from right) in Richmond, California. Her partially dismembered body was found in their basement, buried under cat litter. Authorities now believe he killed his then-girlfriend Denise Beaudin (top right), who was 23 in 1981 when she and her infant daughter disappeared with Evans from New Hampshire. The other four victims were a woman (middle, first from right) and three girls (middle, second from right as well as bottom, second and first from right) whose bodies were later found in barrels near a New Hampshire state park, they said. Those bodies have not been identified, but based on DNA evidence, authorities believe Evans was the father of one of the girls (bottom right).

A high school teacher has been placed on administrative leave after a video on social media showed her squirting a water gun at an image of President Donald Trump while yelling 'Die!'. Payal Modi, who teaches art at W. H. Adamson High School (inset) in Dallas, Texas, is under investigation by the school district after an eight-second video surfaced on Instagram (left and right), WFAA reported. Modi could be seen aiming and shooting a colorful toy gun at an image of Trump, which was projected on a whiteboard, while repeated yells 'Die!' could be heard in the background.

In a decisive break with the Blair and Cameron eras, the Prime Minister said the days of the UK using military force to 'remake sovereign countries in our own image' were finished. Speaking to senior US politicians, she laid out a new set of rules which will see the UK intervene only when the 'threat is real' and it is in our own interests. A number of senior career diplomats at the State Department have quit, putting increasing pressure on incoming secretary of state, Rex Tillerson (top left). It is part of a mass exodus of senior foreign officials who want don't want to be involved in the new administration. The State Department confirmed several senior staff and a top arms control diplomat would be leaving. All had submitted their resignations prior to Trump's January 20 inauguration. They were not required to leave the foreign service but chose to retire or resign for personal reasons. After Conway, who is Counselor to the President, stepped out in the fervid luxury coat she dubbed 'Trumps Revolutionary Wear', she instantly became an internet meme where she was lambasted on social media with countless insults.

President Donald Trump says he and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto 'agreed' to cancel a White House visit that was scheduled for next Tuesday. 'Unless Mexico is going to treat the United States fairly, with respect, such a meeting would be fruitless,' Trump told Republican lawmakers today in Philadelphia. 'And I want to go a different route. We have no choice.' Pena Nieto claimed in a tweet before Trump's remarks that it was his government that called it off. The decision came after Trump told the Mexican leader he may as well stay at home. Trump said this morning on Twitter, 'If Mexico is unwilling to pay for the badly needed wall, then it would be better to cancel the upcoming meeting.'

Barron Trump headed back to class on Thursday morning, a little less than a week after his father was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States. And despite the outcry about what a burden it would be to have members of the first family living in New York City, it all appeared to be a relatively low-key affair. The 10-year-old made his way to his private school in just a two-SUV motorcade, with Secret Service not shutting down any streets along the way and managing to efficiently get Barron into the building with no closures. Also spotted getting out by DailyMail.com were four of five Secret Service members, who grabbed some breakfast after the drop off.

Ivana Trump's (left in NYC last Thursday) trip to Washington DC for her ex-husband's inauguration was reportedly cut short when she learned that his second wife would also be in attendance at the event. Ivana, 67, hightailed it out of the nation's capital and skipped the inaugural ball after Donald Trump (left in 1987 with Ivana, right in 1992 with Marla) became the 45th president of the United States because Marla Maples was also set to be at the celebration (right with daughter Tiffany) . '[Ivana] had planned to go out and celebrate after the swearing-in, but when she found out that Marla was going, she canceled,' said an insider.

NEW Law enforcement officials in Florida arrested a Sarasota couple that was found passed out in their car from an apparent high dosage of drugs (above) - even as they had two babies in the backseat. William Ballard (right inset), 36, and Delaney Crissinger (left inset), 32, drove their SUV into a Texaco gas station on Fruitville Road before dawn on Thursday morning. At approximately 8am, customers who drove into the gas station noticed the couple passed out in the front seats. In the back of the car, there were two toddlers - a 5-month-old and a 1-year-old.

In an adorable video, Grayce the pit bull (left), expressed her gratitude to foster mom Stevoni Wells Doyle (center) when she gently picked up her 11 puppies (right) and placed each of them in her lap. As her foster mom sat on the floor across from where Grayce gave birth to 10 boys and one girl, the sweet dog was seen placing the last three pups in her arms. The cute moment lasted for nearly two minutes as Grayce enjoyed all of the love and attention from Doyle and her puppies. Grayce was previously neglected in her last home and 'needed a safe environment to have her pups,' Doyle said. The adorable pooch has been living with Doyle in Utah for about three weeks. Applications to adopt Grayce and her pups will be available in February through Rescue Rovers.

More snow has fallen at the US resort this January than in any other month in its recorded history - 20.5 feet - which breaks the previous record by three feet. At the summit the base depth is a staggering 25 feet - and there's 14 feet of snow at lower levels. Layne Hardin and his long-term partner Katherine LeBlanc (right) of Louisiana, sued his ex-girlfriend, Tobie Devall, (left) after she obtained his frozen sperm from Texas Andrology services in Houston (inset) without permission. They were awarded $870,000, but a judge overturned the decision and cut the award to $1,900 after he said it was a wrongful pregnancy. A three-judge panel was asked to reverse the decision on Wednesday at Houston's First Court of Appeals.

Surveillance video shows the moment two masked gunmen (left and right) barged into a Michigan federal halfway house before they 'executed' a man who just had his prison sentence commuted by former President Barack Obama. Demarlon C. Thomas (center inset), 31, was shot several times, including the head, inside the Bannum Place Federal Corrections Halfway House on Monday night. Thomas, who had his drug-related prison sentence commuted in November, was 'executed' by one of the gunman, as the other suspect corralled at gunpoint roughly two dozen people at the facility before they both fled the scene moments later.

Lamanda Brown, 29, and her children had been homeless for three years. The children, aged 2, 5, 7, and 11 had been sleeping in shelters and relatives' homes. A caseworker secured public housing, but the family couldn't afford furniture. The nonprofit Humble Design stepped in, fully furnishing and decorating the Detroit home. Lamanda's eldest son cried as he saw the bunk bed he would be sleeping in.

Bodycam footage from Fort Worth Police officer William Martin was released on Thursday showing the violent arrest of black woman Jacqueline Craig and her 15-year-old daughter last month. Craig had called police on December 21 to report that a neighbor had choked her 7-year-old son for allegedly littering in his yard. Shocking video captures Martin violently pushing Craig and her daughter to the ground and pressing tasers into their backs. The footage also shows Martin pushing the girl into the police car and appearing to kick her seconds after she tries to get into the vehicle with her arms handcuffed behind her back. Footage recorded by one of Craig's daughters at the time of the arrest has been viewed millions of times on Facebook since it was posted last month. It prompted outrage in the community as people protested and demanded the officer be fired. Martin served a 10-day suspension and has since returned to work.

A 16-year-old student from Illinois will be charged as a juvenile after she was seen on video viciously attacking a classmate on the bus home from school on Monday. Video of the incident, which was filmed by one of the attacker's friends and then posted on Facebook, shows the attacker hurl a bottle of water at the victim (left), before unloading a series of punches (middle). The fight continued until a male student stepped in to break it up (right). 'F**k with me again, b***h. Say sorry, say you're sorry. Say you're sorry, b***h,' the attacker is heard saying in the video. Police said officers have been told different stories by the girls as to why the fight took place.

Dominique Davis, creator of the lifestyle blog All That Is She, shares photos of her and her daughters Amelia, ten, and Penny, three, wearing matching clothes. The idea came to her when she dressed Penny in a striped shirt that matched hers only to learn that Amelia had thrown on a similar top. The mom from Durham, England, decided to share the image on her already popular Instagram page, and it ended up being one of her most beloved posts.

And with this European tourists who sought exoticism, wanted to snap pictures of local people going about their daily lives to show people back home.

This lion cub enjoyed a grooming session as it was slobbered by two lionesses in its pride. Wildlife photographer Paul Goldstein, who runs photographic tours for adventure travel, captured the adorable moment the cub was licked by a lioness on both sides. Mr Goldstein spotted the youngster earlier this month during a tour in the Masai Mara national reserve.
