The owner need to clear every electric and water bill before he transfer the name in the tile to your name. If the bill is charged after transferring to your name then is your obligation to pay the bill since the owner will say the house now is under your name and you need to bear everything

Hi. I am working in Singapore, my current salary is more than 3k SGD and I am planning to buy a piece of agriculture land in Malaysia. It costs about 500k. Can I can 100% full loan for it?

Hi, As I know , margin of finance for agriculture land is 50% For houses able to full loan, cos the margin of finance is 90% , mark up 10% Selling price + match of value then able to do full loan. For agriculture land, need to mark up 50% only can do so. Owner might not willing to do , valuation also unable support. Regards, Darren Chua 0167182779 ( prefer whatsapp )
