Nothing will keep her down! TLC's Stacy London goes on first shopping trip after weeks of bed rest due to spinal surgery

She's on the mend.

And former What Not to Wear host Stacy London, 47, went straight back to her favorite pastime this week: shopping.

The fashionista posted a photo to Instagram just five weeks after she went under the knife to fix chronic pain in her spine.

'No back brace would keep me from a new season of styles … and a dinner to celebrate,' read the star's latest Instagram post.

In the photo, Stacy is seen looking happy and healthy as she poses in front of art work while on her phone.

Stacy, who rose to fame on the popular TLC show What Not to Wear in 2003, has been documenting her road to recovery, which she's done in the company of her boyfriend Nick Onken, since she had the surgery in December. 

In the first photo, posted five days after her surgery, Stacy is kissing Nick who also looks to be having a hard time walking in crutches.

Nick explains in the same photo posted to his Instagram page that he got hit by a taxi while riding his bike in Soho just a week before Stacy underwent surgery.

Together, the couple have been slowly recovering, going from bed rest to short walks around the block. 

The stunning brunette, who hosted the popular TLC show until 2013, posted photos of her recovery using a walker to take short trips around the block to get out of the house.

According to the post on Nick's account, Stacy has had chronic pain in her back that had become unbearable for about six months. 

She finally had surgery in December to fix the problem. 

In a 'holiday card' also posted Nick's account, the couple is seen recovering with their puppy, who also has a cone around his neck. 

'I don't know how she even lasted the 6 months that it was really bad. She was lucky to get the surgery taken care of last week,' Nick explains.

He continued: 'As serendipity would have it, I got hit by a New York taxi on my bike in Soho a week prior.

Not to mention Dora our little Morkie got fixed while we were in the hospital, so she's been in a cone with stitches.'

'Poor timing I know, but this holiday card says it all and allowed us to find the comic relief in the whole situation,' he finished. 

They seem to have found the humor in the situation and have enjoyed each other's company throughout the ordeal.
