New host, new sound for AM in its 50th year

Sabra Lane, one of Australia’s most experienced and respected political journalists, takes over the host’s chair on Monday, January 30. She replaces Michael Brissenden, who is moving to Four Corners after two years with AM.

ABC Regional has more than 400 staff across 48 locations whose role is to develop content, services and activities that reflect and contribute to Australia’s rural and regional communities.

ABC Radio has rolled out an updated brand identity for all capital city stations. From 9 January, ABC Radio audiences will experience a new visual and aural identity across broadcast, online and mobile platforms.
