Only agents can post on property guru. You can however post enquiries here, or on other online platforms.
However if they do not give you any results, do feel free to engage me instead. Remember, every month you do not get results is another month with 0 income.
Would you rather to DIY for 4-6 months and have 4-6 months of $0 or pay commission to rent it out faster so money can start coming in?
