But it doesn’t seem as though all of the eBooks will be totally original writing.
Publisher HarperCollins has released a statement confirming that the sixth book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series, titled The Winds of Winter, will not be released in 2015. As a result, the ongoing HBO adaptation of the
show will almost certainly conclude well before George R.R. Martin
finishes the actual books it is based on.

Naomi Baron, American University linguistics professor and author conducted a series of cross-cultural studies with her colleagues asking college students around the world if they preferred electronic or hardcopy books. A whopping 92% said they preferred the latter. Reading physical books affects the brain differently than reading digitally.
