This video portrays how the forests and summer pastures of Ismayilli region of Azerbaijan degrade because of overgrazing and exceeding cattle/sheep breeding. We are introducing eco-system based approach to sustainable manage the exceeding practice. This video is prepared in the framework of the projects on "Ecosystem-based approaches to climate change" (Clima East Pilot Project and "Sustainable Land and Forest Management in the Greater Caucasus landscape" (GEF Project).
