We are on the ground in 177 countries and territories, including Indonesia, working with them on their own solutions to global and national development challenges

UNDP is at the service of Indonesia and its people. We are committed to support Indonesia’s national priorities and the implementation of Government of Indonesia’s Medium Term Development Plan 2010-2015 and other national and local development visions, strategies and plans.

Safer Communities through Disaster Risk Reduction in Development (SC-DRR)
Indonesia is one of the most disaster prone countries in the world. Between 1980 and 2010, it is estimated that natural disasters alone affected around 22 million people. In 2010 disasters amounted to an estimated economic loss of 5 trillion rupiahs. more
