Antony Catalano

Chief Executive Officer, Domain Group

Antony is Chief Executive Officer of Domain Group and a Director of MMP, positions he has held since November, 2013.

After a long career with Fairfax Media, The Herald and The Weekly Times, Antony founded MMP in 2009, where he served as CEO and Publisher.

Antony’s media career at HWT began as a copy boy in 1985, where he spent 15 years as a journalist, winning two Melbourne Press Club awards. In 2001, he was appointed Director of Real Estate at The Age, General Manager of MPG and a member of The Age senior management team. In 2004, he was appointed Classified Director Real Estate, Motoring and General Classifieds, before being appointed Director Newspaper Sales and Marketing and Product Development, Fairfax Victoria, in 2005.

Graeme Plowman

Chief Operating Officer, Domain Group

Graeme is the Chief Operating Officer at Domain Group. He leads strategic planning and corporate development across the group’s portfolio of media and services businesses.

Graeme has 16 years of experience in strategic roles, primarily within the media and telecommunications sectors. Before moving to Sydney in 2010, Graeme was a strategy consultant for Deloitte in London. Prior to this, he performed a range of strategy and commercial roles at BT Group in the UK. Tony Blamey

Chief Commercial Officer, Domain Group

Tony Blamey is the Chief Commercial Officer at Domain Group. Tony joined Domain in 2001 and has held a number of senior roles within the commercial business, based in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Tony has previously held senior sales management roles at Lawlex – an online regulatory publisher and compliance management business. His media career commenced at Yellow Pages where he was involved with many of the early internet directory and search engine products.

Melina Cruickshank

Chief Editorial & Marketing Officer, Domain Group

Melina joined the Domain Group in December 2014 and leads the National Editorial and Marketing division. Melina has over 16 years experience in the digital media industry in both London and Sydney.

For the past 9 years Melina has been at Fairfax Media building the ‘Life Media’ division which created and grew brands such as Traveller, Essential Baby, Essential Kids, Life & Style, Daily Life, TheVine, Executive Style, Find A Babysitter and Good Food.

Melina has led teams across client services, product, editorial and marketing. Her experience covers audience acquisition, content marketing, custom and display commercialisation, mobile, transactions and social channel marketing.

Prior to joining Fairfax Media, Melina spent 5 years in the UK working for e-commerce business Cucina Direct and as the Head of Digital for a digital media agency.

Melina holds a BA (Hons) from Monash University and Grad Diploma from Birkbeck University of London.

Damon Pezaro

Chief Product Officer, Domain Group

Damon Pezaro is the Chief Product Officer at Domain Group. Damon is an experienced digital leader and has been working within the digital and online landscapes for over 15 years. Having worked in several start-ups dating back to 1999 and more recently across large corporate environments; he has lived through seeing how the changing digital landscape and subsequent technology has played its’ part in forcing executives, businesses and consumers to adopt a new way of thinking.

His experience has seen him leading product and technology teams at some of Australia’s largest media companies, he has filled key operational roles across several start-up successes and joined the Domain Group in January 2013.

Simon is the Group Director, Domain Media. He leads the media agency sales and property developer sales teams, as well as strategic partnerships and lead generation across the Domain business.

Simon has 15 years experience in senior sales management roles across leading media organisations. Simon was most recently Managing Director, APAC for successful data technology start-up Standard Media Index.

Tim White

Chief Executive Officer, Allhomes

Tim White is the Chief Executive Officer at Allhomes, the leading real estate advertising website for Canberra and the surrounding region. Tim manages operations for both Allhomes and Domain in the ACT and Southern NSW, including the real estate print publication.

Tim has over 14 years experience in the IT industry, including in technical, management and specialist positions.
Previous to his time at Allhomes, Tim spent 5 years in the United Kingdom where he co-founded several start-up ventures.

Mark Cohen

Chief Technology Officer, Domain Group

Mark Cohen is a digital media industry professional with most of his experience gained within well-known digital media and e-commerce businesses. Mark is currently with Fairfax Media as CTO of The Domain Group.

In this role, Mark works with the technical leadership in a group role, with involvement in the various businesses. Mark is also focused on mobile adoption and driving innovation across the broader business

Prior to this, Mark was General Manager of Product Solutions at Fairfax Media, where he headed up a team of approximately 200 with technical responsibility for Fairfax’s Australian and New Zealand digital product development, and ownership of shared products such as membership and digital subscription platforms.

He has also held several roles in technical firms, consulting to a wide range of clients
