    Citi's new head of debt capital markets for Australia/NZ

    Citi has elevated Ian Campbell to run its local debt capital markets business.

    Campbell, who was promoted to managing director last month, was appointed head of debt capital markets for Australia and New Zealand this week and will report to local capital markets boss John McLean.
