    The 'race relations' side of things is good media banter (from both left and right) but overshadows less scary, boring truth: stupid young men commit low-level offences because of ego contests and peer pressure. Low education and poor parental supervision also don't help.

    For the record: I have no problem referring to ethnicity when relevant to criminal justice matters. For example, you can't discuss 'Ndrangheta without mentioning Italian immigration. My problem with the 'ethnic gangs' label is it confuses jeuvenile delinquency w/ organised crime.

    Where does he get this stuff? I'm an old aged pensioner and the only reason I'm afraid to go to a restaurant is that I hate corriander and too many chefs add it to every damned dish.
