And Kerry Washington, 39, cut a fierce figure while speaking on stage at the Women at Sundance Brunch in Park City, Utah on Monday.
The actress, who has been vocal about equality for women in Hollywood, looked cozy in the snowy city while she spoke to women in the industry.

The mother of two wore a loose buttoned sweater-dress that covered most of her post-baby frame.
The Scandal actress, who just gave birth to her second child in October, paired the dress with black tights and knee-high black leather boots.
The gorgeous star appeared to wear very little makeup on her glowing complexion and her natural beauty was evident.
The actress wore her hr black hair up in a tight bun at the top of her head, allowing her flawlessface to be front and center.

At times, Kerry appeared serious when discussing her part in the organization, while at other times she was seen laughed and enjoying her time at the brunch.
Kerry and her husband NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha welcomed son Caleb Kelechi in October, their second child after two-year-old daughter Isabelle Amarachi.
