Mona (Lena Olin) seduces Jack (Gary Oldman) in the motel room before federal agents arrive.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
New York cop Jack Grimaldi (Gary Oldman) has a nice home, a stunning wife Natalie (Annabella Sciorra), and a sweet, if stupid mistress, Sheri (Juliette Lewis). Jack also earns extra money by betraying mob witnesses to Mafia-boss Don Falcone (Roy Scheider). Assigned to guard the viciously sexy Russian-born hit woman, Mona Demarkov (Lena Olin), Jack is almost instantly seduced and allows Mona to escape. Falcone orders Jack to find and kill Mona, and threatens to murder him if he fails. Mona offers to pay Jack to help her eliminate Falcone and fake her own death. Several plot twists and turns later, Jack is left with his life in shambles.

Here's a "remastered" version of 'Anomaly', 'Normality', and 'Conformity' all spliced together in the way that they were intended to be watched.
The goal for this short film was mainly to tell a story in the form of a puzzle: out of order, but each part helps to complete the last. We start with chronologically the second installment, 'Anomaly', with two detectives investigating the woods. The next installment we released is technically the first chronologically, 'Normality'. Basically that short revolved around the idea of how Mona (the main female character) got into the woods of Permount in the first place, and why she was scared and stressed for her short appearance in 'Anomaly'. 'Conformity' is the third installment, and the final film that we released. This ties everything together, and involves Mona's long awaited return to the modern world.
The only real changes are a few things I added/tweaked to 'Conformity', as I finally found a way in my software to help the sound. I realized my microphone had some issues, and I can't record again until I find a way to get it fixed, which I can hopefully do over my Thanksgiving Break.

Here's a "remastered" version of 'Anomaly', 'Normality', and 'Conformity' all spliced together in the way that they were intended to be watched. The goal for this short film was mainly to tell a story in the form of a puzzle: out of order, but each part helps to complete the last. We start with chronologically the second installment, 'Anomaly', with two detectives investigating the woods. The next installment we released is technically the first chronologically, 'Normality'. Basically that short revolved around the idea of how Mona (the main female character) got into the woods of Permount in the first place, and why she was scared and stressed for her short appearance in 'Anomaly'. 'Conformity' is the third installment, and the final film that we released. This ties everything together, and involves Mona's long awaited return to the modern world. The only real changes are a few things I added/tweaked to 'Conformity', as I finally found a way in my software to help the sound. I realized my microphone had some issues, and I can't record again until I find a way to get it fixed, which I can hopefully do over my Thanksgiving Break. So here's something to tide you over. Here's a "remastered" version of 'Anomaly', 'Normality', and 'Conformity' all spliced together in the way that they were intended to be watched. The goal for this short film was mainly to tell a story in the form of a puzzle: out of order, but each part helps to complete the last. We start with chronologically the second installment, 'Anomaly', with two detectives investigating the woods. The next installment we released is technically the first chronologically, 'Normality'. Basically that short revolved around the idea of how Mona (the main female character) got into the woods of Permount in the first place, and why she was scared and stressed for her short appearance in 'Anomaly'. 'Conformity' is the third installment, and the final film that we released. This ties everything together,...

Mona (Lena Olin) seduces Jack (Gary Oldman) in the motel room before federal agents arrive.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
New York cop Jack Grimaldi (Gary Oldman) has a nice home, a stunning wife Natalie (Annabella Sciorra), and a sweet, if stupid mistress, Sheri (Juliette Lewis). Jack also earns extra money by betraying mob witnesses to Mafia-boss Don Falcone (Roy Scheider). Assigned to guard the viciously sexy Russian-born hit woman, Mona Demarkov (Lena Olin), Jack is almost instantly seduced and allows Mona to escape. Falcone orders Jack to find and kill Mona, and threatens to murder him if he fails. Mona offers to pay Jack to help her eliminate Falcone and fake her own death. Several plot twists and turns later, Jack is left with his life in shambles.

Here's a "remastered" version of 'Anomaly', 'Normality', and 'Conformity' all spliced together in the way that they were intended to be watched.
The goal for this short film was mainly to tell a story in the form of a puzzle: out of order, but each part helps to complete the last. We start with chronologically the second installment, 'Anomaly', with two detectives investigating the woods. The next installment we released is technically the first chronologically, 'Normality'. Basically that short revolved around the idea of how Mona (the main female character) got into the woods of Permount in the first place, and why she was scared and stressed for her short appearance in 'Anomaly'. 'Conformity' is the third installment, and the final film that we released. This ties everything together, and involves Mona's long awaited return to the modern world.
The only real changes are a few things I added/tweaked to 'Conformity', as I finally found a way in my software to help the sound. I realized my microphone had some issues, and I can't record again until I find a way to get it fixed, which I can hopefully do over my Thanksgiving Break.
So here's something to tide you over. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the short film, feel free to comment below and let me know. And as always, I'm Frame By Frame, Remember The Name, and I'll see you guys hopefully sometime real soon!
